Stone by Stone: Building Character is a short course about building good character, such as integrity, self-control, kindness and resilience to stand firm when life gets hard.

Who you are when no one is watching, and when life puts you under pressure, matters more than you might think. Your character shapes how you respond to hardship, the relationships you build, the decisions you make and the impact you have on the people around you.

The good news is that character isn’t fixed. It can grow, one choice at a time.

In this short online course, you’ll explore what good character is, why it matters and how to develop it in everyday life. You’ll look at qualities like integrity, self-control, humility, kindness, forgiveness, perseverance and courage. You’ll also see how hard times can build the strength you’ll rely on later. Each lesson draws on the life and teaching of Jesus and stories from the Bible as a model of what good character looks like in practice.
